The Library is located on the first floor and has books, newspapers and magazines to browse. All staff and students in St. Michael’s are library members and are free to take out any items they wish. Computers are also available to use for homework, projects, research etc.

Junior Book Club is held in the Library every Tuesday from 1:00-1:35pm. All junior students are welcome to call in and chat about what they’re reading, what their favourite books are and join the discussion! An email reminder is sent to all junior students prior to Book Club taking place.

Senior Book Club take place roughly once a month- the exact time and date is dependent on the participants’ schedules. All Book Club members have input into what books are chosen and then the Library provides the books. An email is sent prior to the meeting to remind those taking part.

Both Book Clubs are run by Ms. Kenny (Library) and Ms. Kennedy (English Department).

The opening hours in term time are as follows:

Monday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Tuesday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Wednesday: 8:00am- 1:35pm

Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm

Friday: 8:00am- 1:35pm
